Meet The Team

Dr Faheem Naqvi is a Consultant Aviation Psychiatrist based in Manchester as well as a Clear Family Director. He completed his medical degree at The University of Liverpool and his Psychiatry Training within the North West of England. Specialist interests include Aviation Psychiatry, General Adult Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychological Trauma, Personality Disorders, Emotional Wellbeing, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Aviation Psychiatry and Occupational Health. Faheem also has an interest in art and architecture as well as the role of mental health promotion and prevention.

Dr Hannah is a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Health Psychology and Director of Clear Psychology as part of the Clear Family. Dr Hannah is known for her warm, highly personalised approach and is trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, working accross the ages. In addition to her clinical work, she has experience in psychometric assessments and recruitment

Jess is a Mental Health Nurse, Non Medical Prescriber and Operations Director across the Clear Family. Jess has extensive experience working in the NHS as well as private sector. Jess is educated to Masters level and is qualified and experienced in both child and adult mental health. She loves the variability of supporting people across the age range. Jess specialises in complex mental health presentations as well as neurodevelopmental assessment and interventions.

Dr Pablo Perez is a psychiatrist and Clear Family Director. He completed his medical degree at The University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain, but has worked all his career in the North West of England. He has particular expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders including autism and ADHD.  Dr Pablo is known for his approachable and friendly manner, he will help you feel at ease during your appointments because he works in a very warm and personable manner. He listens carefully, shows genuine care and provides attentive support throughout your treatment, ensuring that you are in safe and capable hands.

Holly is a passionate and person centred Clinical Nurse Specialist who was first an experienced senior support worker before completing her nurse training. Holly brings compassion, dedication, and a holistic outlook to every aspect of her work. She believes in treating the person as a whole and her warm, friendly nature helps patients feel truly seen and supported. She aims to create a safe space where people feel comfortable, valued, and supported on their journey to better mental health. 

Aniqah is a Clinical Nurse Specialist based in Manchester. She completed her Mental Health Nursing degree at the University of Manchester, where she discovered her passion for supporting people with their emotional wellbeing. Aniqah takes a gentle, person-centred approach to care and values recognising each person’s individuality. Building trusting, meaningful relationships is at the heart of her practice, and she aims to empower individuals to take an active role in looking after their mental health and overall wellbeing

Dr. Anand is a UK-based resident physician with a strong interest in aviation medicine. He has presented on an international stage at the International Congress of Aviation and Space Medicine 2025 in Singapore. As Outreach Representative for CLEAR Aviation Psychiatry, Ajitesh focuses on expanding engagement across medical and aviation communities, fostering collaboration, and raising awareness of the psychological aspects of aviation safety. Alongside his clinical work, he is actively involved in initiatives with aeromedical examiners and aviation personnel.

Paula is an experienced Medical Secretary and PA with 25 years of senior-level experience accross healthcare (NHS & Private). As administrative director at Clear Psychiatry, Paula combines combines strong organisational skills with a professional and reliable approach. Known for her warm, friendly and approachable manner, Paula brings empathy and excellent communication to every role, ensuring efficient support for clinicians and patients alike. 

Gracie has joined Clear Psychology as our Administrator. and to further her experience in clinical practice as a future psychologist.

Gracie works with clients and the team to ensure care is coordinated and is a friendly and effective point of contact. Gracie enjoys reading and watching psychological thrillers.

Luke works for Clear Psychiatry as our Facilities Director. Luke has a background in heathcare facilities management including inpatient settings.

Luke has a strong health and safety background and is responsible for making sure our patients and staff have a good experience at Clear Psychiatry and Clear Psychology. Luke's role is ensuring regulatory requirements with regards to facilities are met fully and forward planning for any requirements in the future
